Hotel Policies:
- Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival or subject to one night room and tax fee.
- We require the (1st) night room and tax as a guarantee upon making a reservation by phone, email or website.
- At check-in we require the total stay amount to be charged along with a credit card authorization hold of $100.00 or a cash ordebit card deposit of $200.00 for guest rooms. All Penthouse rooms require ONLY credit cards with authorization hold of $500.00 (as of May 1, 2010).
- Room rates are based on double occupancy, any additional adults 18 years and older are a fee of $28+ per day.
- Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out is 11am.
We are pleased to announce that we now offer on a prearrival basis a grocery delivery service for our guests who have made reservations with kitchen facilities.
